A 4WD Willys Station Wagon Rusting

I'll remember these pictures for a long time as while new to this forum I was posting the pictures from another site and got infractions for such a "foreign" posting

Now back to the topic

This car has already been posted here before. Or is it a similar car that has been posted. Also, this is a 4WD version. Here is a restored version.

I don't think its a Dodge. It looks like a Ford V8 Deluxe to me.

Nice one Cy!

Now here's my contribution as well!

I later realised its the same car, painted blue and white, photo'd by me at the HAIG rally here in Feb.

One thing though- the ones in our photos and the other one look slightly different, especially if you look at the area below the bonnet.

You mean Super Deluxe? This car cant be that either- you can make out from this pic. of a Ford Super deluxe, the design for accomodating the grille/front indicators are different:

No confusion at all. She's a 46-48 Mercury. Similiar bodyshell to the Fords of the era.

Karl is right. It is a 1946 Mercury. Please see the pic I have attached.
If you compare the pic with your photo, you can see the holes on either side of the bonnet for the side lights, also notice the moustache type of the grill above the bumper.

This Velocette belongs to a person in Delhi called Rohan Puri. The engine is complete and the chassis is available. Im looking to buy this one and restore it. Im looking for the shaft, differentials, and the back wheel. Will only pick it up if I can source these out coz they can be quite difficult to find. Found a few links on the web, might try them as a final resort.
