History Of Indian Automobiles

In the year 1997 when India became independent 50 Years, there was a coverage by utoindia magazine by then editor Hormazd Sorabjee, On The History Of Indian Automobiles, that was a collectors item because it had covered Indian first automobile, automobile dealers, launch Of Maruti 800 At a price of 40000 Rs. to cars launched in India and its verdict, remember this is a time when Santro was just about launched and we had cars like Ford Escort, and others. Many many Interesting details that we all would love to read, can we source the book again, also can we get this copy if anyone of Team-bhp members have this copy do publish a scanned copy. I am sure everyone would love it.

Posting scanned images of the publication can attract provisions of the Copyright Act.So thats ruled out.

i also forgot to mention it had fuel prices, price of petrol at the time when maruti was launched was Rs 7 a ltr, can you believe it.
