The right tyre upsize

Hi guys,

A friend of mine is getting a used 2007 Fiat Palio Stile 1.6 this week. Would like to know the correct tire upgrade & wheel upgrade for the same. I believe the 1.6 come stock with 175/65/R14 tires? Please correct me if I'm wrong and let me know if the tire upgrade & wheel upsize mentioned below are correct.

Tire upgrade - 185/60/R14 OR 195/60/R14 OR 205/55/R14

Wheel upsize - 205/50/R15
PCD - 98
Offset - What is the original offset for the 1.6?

I would like to know the best possible ugrade/upsize and would also like to know for Palio owners if 15" rims are recommended & the ride quality on them.

so shall i go for 195/50 R15 OR 195/55 R15 ?

i don't want my tires scraping the wheel arches !

Get 195/50 R15. Seems better. The variation compared to stock 175/70 R13 is also quite less.

Hi - wanted to check if I can use 185/60/14 as an upgrade for 175/70/14 - to be used in a Verna Xi Petrol.

You can use 185/65 R14.
