Alloys suggestions for Honda Civic

Hello Everyone, We have recently bought a Honda Civic which needs a good set of alloy wheels. I don't intend to change the rubber as of now. The colour of the vehicle is Carbon Bronze(picture attached). Im from Hyderabad and my budget is 30K for a set of 5. Ive gone through the forum and found a couple of copper coloured alloys good(Lenso SC-01) but Im not sure whethere they would look good on my vehicle, so need your suggestion on that as well.

@deepanonline- Dont know about plazzi but Oz is certainly way out of my budget. 30K is the maximum I am wishing to spend.

@fountainheader- Yep SC04 is good but I find SC01 much better in terms of looks. By the way how durable are lensos? Because of being very light, I ve read people having issues with them.

guys any ideas where I can find reliable HR alloys in hyderabad.

I have SC-01 on my Swift. You can check my gallery. I don't think being lightweight is going to be any issue. After all most alloys are supposed to be lightweight

Ashoka Wheels at Minister Road is the only guy who stocks a huge collection of alloy wheels. He is good but a tad expensive but, then you get to see everything under one roof.

Btw, even i am changing my alloy wheels on my Accent Viva. Though, it is decided it will be black and chrome but design is something i am totally confused

how much did you get them for? Just got the quotation from Asoka Wheels. He said a set of 5 Lenso Samurai series wheels would cost me 25K-26.5K. And a set of 5 HR alloys around 20K-21K.

take a look at these-
http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/tyre-a...nso-blitz.html

these are lensos.I have intercity on them.No problems what so ever.Even once hit a rut on the road and got a bubble on the tire. But the wheel has held.I have never heard of lenso's giving trouble barring one report from mumbai.

Contact the guys from car boutique in mumbai.those guys are the official importers and gave me a great deal.

I haven't bought them yet. I just decided last week that i will buy, so i am gonna look out for deals and finalize in a week or two.

Check with Wheelocity at Rd.10 Jubilee Hills, he also gives a decent deal. I can hook you up with him, if you need.

Amazer,

20-21K for 5 HR alloys is too high a price. Typically, Korean & Chinese alloys (HR/Freeman/Yongle) should not cost you more than 16-18K for 5. You may try sourcing them from Sai Mag Wheels of Delhi. They'll get you any of these 3 brands at a price not more than 13-14K for 5. I'm sure even with courier and fitting charges this will work out cheaper than what your local dealer is asking for!

Alternatively, why not try out Indian brands like Neo & Aura? They have some really cool designs and are easily available anywhere. Moreover, if one breaks, you will have no problems finding a replacement.

ok.im yet to think about sourcing them from Delhi.anyways thanks for the advice. and about indian brands like aura and neo, i have gone through the models they have on their website but none of them are attractive. neo has one model which is good(pic attached).

Guys any idea about the price of Lenso Samurai SC01 in Hyderabad? and the price of the Neo Xtreme Model for a set of 5? and need your opinions on the rim and the trim which suits the car colour.
