Offroad / AT tyre upgrade for the Maruti Grand Vitara AWD

Hi all,

I have the all-grip Maruti Grand Vitara and want to upgrade the tyres since I heading for a trip where I plan to put the 4x4 to some use. Also wouldn't mind the upgrade on looks!

Any recommendations? AT tyres will also do. In the past, on my Fortuner, I used the Yokohama Geolandar ATs and absolutely loved them but unfortunately can't seem to find those for the Grand Vitara

In my view, the Continental CrossContact LX2 should be your best bet in that size, viz. 215/60R17. This is the size for the new Grand Vitara. For the older 2.4 Grand Vitara, the size would be 225/65R17, upgradeable to 235/65R17.
