Guys can I install my Cedias 15" OZ alloys with the 195/60R15 tires on my swift?
I want to upgrade the Cedia's wheels to 16" and the swift's to 15", hence the question.

Sir,
You can't.
Cedia PCD - 114.3 x 4
Swift PCD - 100 x 4

Thanks kpzen,

So I will need to buy new alloys too!!
OK, so now that I know the pcds of both cars, do I need to keep an eye out for the offset values too when buying the new wheels? If yes then please tell me those values too.

EDIT

kpzen,
Could you also let me know other cars that have 16" alloys but with the same pcd and offset as the Cedia so that I could explore the possibility of using the OE alloys from their manufacturers. For me reliability and quality of construction matters more than looks alone. As an example I could install NHC's 4x100 pcd 15" alloys onto the Swift, provided the offset too is the same.

Buy any alloys with an offset of 38 (+/-) 4

I don't think there's any OEM 16" alloy with 4 holes.

NHC had 14" alloys, i guess you meant to say ANHC 15" alloys for the swift.
Thats a perfect combo.

re: Various cars and their respective wheel PCDs

Polo alloy specs are 6J 15H2 ET40. This is what is mentioned on the sapres software of VW. I have noted it. PCD is 100 and 5 holes.
