No additional parts for the installation.
These were fit without any changes / modifications.

Old rims were 4 years old, with some scratches. Also, the paint had started to peel off from some areas. So did not bargain.

Re: The official alloy wheel show-off thread. Lets see your rims!

Can anyone help me with the size of the centre caps in Momo Revenge, I have 15 inch ones but I presume that 16 or 17 inch ones might also have the same sized center caps, I may be wrong. I have lost all the 4 ones and I can't seem to ones that fit the rims correctly.

Thanks in advance.

Re: The official alloy wheel show-off thread. Lets see your rims!

Saw this on FB’s group of Safari. I’m really on the fence to either drop it here or on the wacky mods thread. However, the onus remains on the mods to decide if it has to remain on this thread or move it to an appropriate thread. To me honestly, owner shouldn’t have used the hubcap of Mercedes atleast - that way I’d have digested the looks but now I am having an indigestion problem

Hi.. so nice to see the same rims that I have changed to for my Yaris..
The only difference is that I had 185/60 R15 as default, hence for correct diameter and rim fit (new rim is 7 inches wide), I changed to 205/55 R15..
You can see the pics attached.

Yes, this is a problem I have faced.. no easy solution for this

Can you please tell the cost of upgrade i.e. cost of tyres and alloys. Also, the tyre look slightly out of the body is it really so or it's looking like that in the pics? Thanks in advance

Hi sbm, The alloys costed me 12500 Rupees each. The tyres costed me roughly 10500 Rupees each. As I exchanged my factory fitted tyres when they had done just 100 KMs, I was given 4800 Rupees for each tyre. So the total setup costed me approx. 72800 Rupees

Alloys - 12500 * 4 = 50000
Tyres - (10500 * 4 = 42000 - 4800 * 4 = 19200) = 22800

As these are concave alloys, there is a slight protrusion out of the body.

Re: The official alloy wheel show-off thread. Lets see your rims!

Are X2 alloys good and safe ?

I really like a near replica of Rota Grid Classic by X2 wheels and am looking to change my Rapid's black alloys with it.

However am not sure how good the brand is ? Didn't find any bad reviews though on the web.

Also are multi PCD alloys safe, since this one is a multi PCD one.

Re: The official alloy wheel show-off thread. Lets see your rims!

Hi folks I have a query; my 2004 Wagon R is currently undergoing a massive restoration and I want to give it some new shoes. It is currently running on 13inch rims that I believe came off of the old pre-facelift Baleno.

I have attached my post from a few years ago showing them off: https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/tyre-...ml#post4533944 (The official alloy wheel show-off thread. Lets see your rims!)

Now these rims are pretty old and pretty damaged (have driven fast over bad roads and even saved myself when one of the tyres blew out mid bend on a highway) two of the rims are definitely bent since those two tyres have always had a slow air pressure leak. Now can I get these rims refurbished? Keep in mind that these have already been refurbished in the past and perhaps may not ever be proper again. Ideally I want to replace these with a new set of rims. Any idea where I can source these exact same rims from a MGP/MGA seller or similar rims that are of good quality and also fit with the late 90s early 2000s era simple design language ( i.e. no diamond cut nonsense)?
