Hi,

Is there a thread that mentions all wheels/alloy/tyre official distributors or dealers.

I was able to contact TSW alloy distributor from Mumbai.

Will deliver any TSW alloy within 10 days (not sure about the current lockdown scenario).

Also got in touch with someone from Cochin who deals mainly with Borbet alloy wheels.

Any contacts with BBS , konig, lenso etc.

Just curious to know the current prices quoted for TSW if you do not mind sharIng. I had bought a set of 17inchers from a dealer in Bombay 4years back.

At the 5 year mark gave the car a major denting/painting overhaul. Used the opportunity to get the alloys painted in a gold+bronze shade in Matt finish.

NOTES:

• No spacers.
• +16.1mm Ground Clearance (700.5mm dia vs stock dia of 668.3mm). Unladen GC now ~180mm vs. 164mm as stock.
• No suspension mods.
• Requires Front Fender liners to be pressed in slightly to be well clear of the tyres at full lock turn (else the tyres rub the dirt off and make grazing marks on the liner).
• Stepney: Michelin Primacy 3ST 215/60R17 96V (689.8mm dia) on stock alloy wheel. Fits in the boot with space to spare.
• Speedometer accurately matches GPS logger as checked at 30, 50, 70, 80 & 100 Km/h. Actual speed when cruising @ 100Km'h is ~100.3 - 100.5 Km/h.
• OEM Setup was Apollo Aspire 4G 215/55R17 94W tyres on Skoda Stratos 7.0x17 ET40 alloy wheels.

Amazing how none of your cars have the wheels sticking out the body line because of the research you put into high ET wheels.

Can you make a post of all the aftermarket wheels cars you currently have? Citys, vRS, Cruze, etc.

Got it done from a local detailer - Autohive.
