Regret the delayed reply! I am not sure how i missed this post.

I spent around 30K for alloys (set of 5) and 12k for Tyre upgrade since alloy was 16 inch. We get many choices for Ecosport but I had to shop around quite a bit before i found these.

Hope while the response was delayed it is still useful

Woah!
Those rims look superb on the Ciaz. A good set of rims drastically changes the entire look of the car. Matte black matches well with Grey as well. Can you share the cost of those rims? And is that Michelin Primacy 3ST?

You are right the alloy has made the car look sportier, black is the contrast color for grey. It was MOMO revenge costed 34K ordered from Sai mag wheels. Yes its Primacy 3ST, read some bad reviews but then Michelin has never disappointed me in any of my cars for over 10yrs now. A little pricey at about 10k+ per each tire compared to others which are only in the 8k mark.

Brilliant choice of Color and design of Alloy wheels for your stead Visaster.

You seem to have spent a bomb over these but sure's hell look FAB !! The wheel arches now look much better compared to the stock one.

I am sure you are penning down an ownership report, if not, can you please post few more pics of your Ciaz with those rims ?

Thanks a lot. Well it was not a bomb when compared to buying the ZDI(o) which comes with 16" alloy and leather seat for a price difference of 1lakh.
The ride quality and stability has increased huge folds.
Have not found down to pen a report, but here you go, presenting ciaz @ stage 1 upgrade.

re: The official alloy wheel show-off thread. Lets see your rims!

My friend, who is not a car fanatic, came to my home yesterday to help him replace his Swift's ageing tyres and also to play with some new alloys, and this is what we got for him.

Alloys - Hijoin Racing Series
Tyres - Michelin P3ST(My car already has them and I find them to be brilliant)

I just loved the looks of the car and couldn't take my eyes off it. Here is for all your exclusive viewing pleasure

The car looks fab! Are these alloys available in 15" (for a Swift Zxi)? Also any links to buying them online?

Good price for the MOMO wheels. Congratulations once again. The car looks heavenly!
I am running P3ST as well. Honestly these tyres are great. I was really confused when I was looking for a change but as of now I'm pretty satisfied. Yes they are expensive than the rest, but Michelin is like BMW/Audi/Merc of tyres

Can someone recommend a place in Bangalore where I can find the best alloys with wide varieties in display?

re: The official alloy wheel show-off thread. Lets see your rims!

I was going through olx a year back and found something that caught my eye.
there was a 230e w123 for sale with a rare set of pentas on and the car was for sale.
i gave the guy a call as soon as I could and explained that I wanted the wheels and he said that was great because he wanted to upgrade to 16in rims( BLING BLING!!)
we strike a deal and i get these rims in a sad state.

2 shops that I know of:

Sachin's Auto Shop is a good place for getting alloys. The variety is poor, but they can order from the product catalog and get it for you if one is ready to wait a bit. http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/bangal...bangalore.html

Hot Tracks got a very good collection and best for window shopping. http://www.hottracks.in/Contact_Us.html

I agree with Deetjohn. Hot Tracks has a lot of rims on display, he may advocate OZ really strongly and also charge that wee bit extra (guess he has to considering his stores location) but he does have good range of rims and tyres. Do check him out. Westcoast Customs on the connecting lake road from HSR layout to Koramangala also has a decent display.
