Over all cost for the upgrade 50K (4 Nankang tires + 4 Alloys)

Tires alone were 24k
Alloy cost 26k including steel nuts and steel necks.

Got them from a fellow Fiatian in Bangalore.
He had used them for around 6K km. 24K for the set along with lug bolts and hub centric rings. :)

That was part of the 'sport' package that the car came with from factory. It looks OK to me. May be its the low angle in which the pic is shot that makes it look like its sticking out :)
