Yup that is what is mentioned on the rims. According to the tyre bible, JJ (bead profile) rims are often found on 4x4 vehicles, don't know why it is mentioned as JJ on my wheels.

No problems with scraping. The difference between the original overall tyre diameter and the new one is just 10mm, so.

Lucky.
I have XM1 155/70/R13 on Plati 13x5J rims and the rear tyres scrap the wheel well. This happens with 3 adults and some luggage and speeds above 70 on undulated roads. Both rear tyre side walls have cut due to this.
I think 155/65/R13 would have avoided this.

Dhar's maybe your car scrapes due to heavier load at the rear, yes 65 profile shouldnot touch even with the load.

i got them a year ago. the first on tbhp to get them. i paid 23k. now the price has come down. they are 7j.

This is a Very good friend of mine he has Palio Stile 1.1L and today we upgraded to these:
Tyres - Yokohama S-Drives 195/50/R15
Alloys - Plati 15"inch 6.5J's
Rs.28,000/- (after exchanging OE wheels)



The ride quality has improved and fun to drive his car ...Cheers.
