Wow! They almost resemble the OEM wheels on the Punto Abarth albeit smaller! Absolutely smashing! Great choice, soccerfan! And you've got one helluva Punto there!

Not sure if this thread is exclusively for aftermarket alloys, but the alloys on my A5 are some of the best I have seen

(We are driving the original Verna which was the one when the car first launched).

Shenoy has upsized to 195, im running 205. The ES100s are old hat now & discontinued since quite a while back. But yes, will definately be looking at S Drives or CPC2s for my tyre change. Guess Shenoy choose A Drives as he wanted comfort perhaps.
Thanks @Xehaust and @Predatorwheelz,I was originally planning for 205/55 but was apprehensive about the load required on the engine for that extra pull on the highway especially when overtaking. Even 195/55 has some initial lag compared to stock 175/70 but its negligible. Car is much stable now in wet conditions, curves and also at High speeds with 150+ kmph, and looking at those tyre threads, should definitely last its miserable life in Indian road condition . There is a marginal drop in FE though as observed during long distance drive

Im sure you get enough of this, but just cannot resist. A BMW lover that drives an Audi is hilarious! [No offense]
Those alloys do look good though!

This should be put up in the Jokes thread! Perhaps they came across GTO's Pre-worshipped thread & realised that petrolheads are willing to pay a premium for well looked after cars

@Shenoy - There is always a small drop in FE when you wider. You have already stated the reason - more effort for the engine to spin the wheels. But well worth it for the stability IMO.

Haha Thanks Xehaust, my handle should simply be carlover, BMW's simply disappoint these days specially with the cars they are offering in India. I mean the M3 is the only one which deserves the tag of ultimate driving machine and even then I would choose the XFR over it!! And wouldn't these alloys look weird on the previous-gen A8? that too in gold lol!

Thanked: Once

Recently changed the alloys of my Sparky from HR to Silver line with Apollo accelere.

Also a comparison between the old Vs New shoes for my car. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Dude the Spark is looking good. The way it is looking now is better than the previous ones you had. Doesn't mean the previous ones were bad thought. I believe member Harish Nayak also has the same alloys as you did.
