Nobody writes abt the locations in Vidarbha

Why not Vidarbha?!! Nobody writes abt the locations in Vidarbha. Why?!

Is anybody aware that these exists an Ashtavinayak in Vidarbha too? Do anybody know that there is mini Pandharpur near Nagpur? Are you aware that in "salburdi" hot springs exists? What about Khekranala, Navegaon, Pench, Ramtek, Khindsi, Mahaan dam, Bor reservoir? Everybody knows Gadchiroli as Naxl area, but are you aware of Markanda? The lush scenery in the entire Vidarbha...? So good so on.

Mostly people write about the know things. Due to over-exposure they are now ruined. But thanks god, Vidarbha is intact!!

You can be the first to post a travelogue or some lovely pictures of the place - then the place will no longer be intact!

Is Tadoba under Vidarbha? I would love a thread on that place, especially directions from Nagpur.

Manu, there are couple of members from Nagpur. Just write to them and find out why they have not explored these places still. Of if they have explored, then why they have not posted it?

My suggestion is you explore and let other people here know about the same. Within no time, the places in Vidharbha will be buzzing with t-bhpians and other people.

THANKS buddies! Overwhelmed due to your strong support. This proves how great the Indian bond is!! The purpose of the thread is fulfilled (to attract the T-BHP to unexplored Vidarbha)!!

OK!! Though I will be contributing to this thread, we are in making of Nagpur chapter. Perhaps by this Diwali it will take shape. After that our Nagpur team will contribute to a great extent - Promise!!

While addressing the concerns of my "happiness" (??) regarding the virginity of Vidarbha, I DO invite all the fellows to visit Vidarbha & explore the beuty. The season ahead (Oct-Feb) is really best season for visiting. Even those visitng to Pachmarhi, Kanha-Kissley, Tadoba can witness the truth of my statements.

Come one and come all!!

Well being from vidarbha(though never really stayed there after my primary schooling)..there are plenty of places to be seen and visited apart from suicides of farmers....
manu kale why dont u start with chikaldara-melghat project(amravati),ramtek (nagpur),bhandardara(Akola i suppose),tadoba(chandrapur) and yes salburdi(amravati) springs n all....
