Re: One week in Tasmania - More fun than we thought!

Wow! Do not recollect reading a detailed travelogue with apt photos to help the thirsty. I would say planning made you spend the good 7 days well.

I have been to the country on a short trip and the places were reminiscent of small towns in Western Australia. I am not sure whether I would be traveling to Tasmania ever - but this would lay the seed.

Re: One week in Tasmania - More fun than we thought!

This was such an exhaustive and detailed Travelogue sir!

Initially I read it as Tanzania and had to re-read the title again. Till now had only used the country's name during playing ATLAS but now I know a few places more. Thanks to you and such beautiful pictures!

Re: One week in Tasmania - More fun than we thought!

Nicely stitched travelogue with eye catching clicks SS-da, you made the best of your time there. You seemed to have explored an interesting place with Devil den Unzoos, museums having Spider webs (intentional ?), 1000+ KM to drive, good food including the favourite fish and chips, nice highways and spotless places, less crowd and last but not the least being with family. I had the opportunity to stay for some time at a similar place abroad many years back and can related the experience of early closing shops and facilities for which we had to plan store visits in advance. My request for you next time is to get a camper, would love to hear a first hand experience.
