Had read earlier on the forum itself that it is better to stay around the Pamban town / Ramanathapuram rather than staying in a hotel in Rameswaram town. So I was scouting for places around the coastal line and shortlisted these.

Wow, what an inspiring trip! Excellent photos which were able to convey more than one can ever write. I am also looking forward to undertake such a trip but via Kanyakumari.

Beautifully written. Had been to Dhanushkodi when there were no roads and one had to get on mini lorries fitted with wooden planks for seating, that would take you to the end. It was an experience of a kind. With these new roads, i have added another trip to my list. Not sure when though.
