No, you cannot.
As Mr.Boss stated you need to stay at Valparai if you want to cover that route. Starting from Athirappalli it is not possible to cover Valparai and Munnar on the same day unless you like rally driving. You should take time to smell the roses.

Based on your prior bookings, my suggestion would be,
Day 1: Cochin to Athirappalli drop your luggage, visit Vazhachal and come back to hotel. If you still have time, visit Athirappalli falls in the evening, else do it next Morning.
Day 2: Drive to Munnar via Adimali
