She looks gorgeous Suhaas!

Colour is fantastic as are the rims!
Like the carbon fibre dash - it makes it stand out even more!

Enjoy!

Congrats, Suhaas for the lovely blue Jazz. The alloys certainly looks stunning.. The optional dash is certainly one of its kind OEM accessory in the hatchback segment.
At 10 lacs, yours might be the costliest hatchbacks in the country(likes of 500 and Beetle excluded, of course).

Congratulations Suhaas!!
I think the faux-carbon fibre dash & the alloys have really spiced up your Jazz.

Planning to put better rubber on those alloys ? You already spent 10 lakhs on this car - so I guess new tires are on their way!
Enjoy.
Thank you blackasta, and yes, we might look to upgrade the skinny 175 sections but not immediately! It might take some time!

That brings the total to about 10L. Very few people in this country would pay that much for a hatch. But I guess you had other priorities
Thank you theragingbull! I love the alloys and carbon-fibre bits too!

Thank you Utopian! Yup, an on-theroad price of 10 lakhs is quite steep but we don't mind!

Alright, so here are the high-res, good-quality pictures that I'd promised earlier. I'm not a professional photographer but I've done my best!

I have no idea what those marks on the CF finish is! They aren't scratches and it's probably due to the angle of the photograph or something as you can see that they aren't visible in the other photographs!

It's surprising that a car that costs nearly 9 lakhs doesn't have a dead-pedal! I wonder why?

Here are some more pictures of our Deep-Sapphire-Blue Honda Jazz! Enjoy!

All Jazz'd up! :: Initial Ownership Report-dscn3463.jpg

As you can see above, the transmission tunnel is almost non-existent and this liberates more breathing-space/leg-room for the 3rd passenger in the rear-seat!

There are cup-holders everywhere! And this particular cup-holder has been strategically placed right in front of the air-con vent to keep the drink cool! Thoughtful!

Nice pictures! Apart from the dash, I see faux carbon fibre on door armrests too. Is it present anywhere else also?

Yup! Look closely and you'll find the CF finish around the AC vents and above the instrumentation-panel (speedo, tacho, etc)

Excellent snaps. You have certainly spurced up your ride quite well.
The cup holder in front of the air-con is certainly a neat touch.

Suhaas, congrats on the alloys first and then the car :-) I did detail a Jazz and an Accord lately in Whitefield Honda and I could appreciate the build quality of Jazz. Jazz and Accord doors close with similar thuds!

Took a TD of Jazz and it did put a big smile on my face. Enjoy your ride.

Somehow, I don't find the build-quality of the Jazz very impressive especially when compared to the competition. It feels a bit tinny IMO. The Punto's, the Polo's and the Fabia's build quality are miles ahead!

Ofcourse, you cant compare it with Skoda/VW. But Punto, no way. Thicker sheet metal alone does not give Punto any marks for build quality compared to Jazz IMHO.

Have you ever taken a ride in the Punto? Your statement totally suggests otherwise.
