In Chennai, am getting around 15 per litre of diesel in the Figo.

Have been meaning to ask since sometime. How is the seating position of the Figo ? Is it a walk in or a sit down ? I am comparing it directly with the Swift's front seats. For people with a slipped disc (such as me) it is of great relevance.

Thanks in advance

Cheers

^^ It is somewhere in between the two. I advise you to check it out yourself as you will be a better judge here, I can tell you that seating position is higher than the fiesta.

Swift is meant for front seat comfortability. They compromised the rear seat space for this.

Really a good news. I am 6.2" and Fiesta is comfortable so should not have problem in Figo.

\/ yes, but the so-called height adjuster does not really change the height. It only changes the rake of the seat bottom

The only thing the height adjuster does is vary the under-thigh support.

@drumster - In mumbai, expect around 14kmpl with A.C. and after the first 1000kms.
Our fiesta used to give us a shade below 14 when it used to be driven from South Mumbai to Juhu everyday.

Congrats Joe on the car.
And congrats on the photos, they are striking, specially the one in the light and shade. After seeing the pictures all my doubts regarding the Coral Dash has disappeared.

The Figo is an older design, and in line with those times, it's rather low slung. I'm pretty sure I made a mention of this in my review. For those with back problems, tall boys (i10, Ritz, Santro, WagonR etc.) are way more suited.

I suffer from multiple slipped discs. Some surgically corrected and some not yet. I can tell you right away that Figo is not a good car for your purpose. You would be best in a Fusion, or WagonR or any other that offer firm upright seating.

Have done 18 hours straight in the Fusion and not a problem.
