Great, keep us posted!

I just checked the prices of the Swift and it looks clear on where Ford has set it's sight on. Very very focussed positioning!

I don't mean to say that this is the best car in it's segment and everyone should buy it (Heck, I've not even drivin it);but it just doesn't make sense to ignore Ford in the B Segment now!

What an entry!

Excellent pricing by Ford, they know well, we Indians don't mind an out dated phased out version in rest of the world, if it can be really cheap!

Killer pricing. Till date I have confusion between Beat and Figo. Now Figo is my first priority. I will take a TD and make the final decision. Thanks everyone for their inputs

Suddenly, the other diesels in B segment specially i20, Fabia etc. look so pricey!
Definitely, there is a huge gap in terms of features, but Figo has an edge in handling deptt.

Figo is definitely aggressively priced. Is this price just an introductory offer or will it remain like this forever? Hope Ford does not increase the price just like that but rather offer some additional features and price them appropriately.

VW Polo, I guess you are missing the basics. When you released your prices did you really have the intention that you want to sell your car in India?

I am thinking aloud, how close was I in predicting the prices . Adjust that for 2% duty change and it seems while I was close on Petrol the Diesel one sure was under cut by atleast 14 K. Very good pricing indeed on diesel, Swifts and Puntos must be feeling heat now.

Watchout for BS4 Changes. Suggest everyone to buy the cars before the start of april, to get the max benefit.

Was along the lines of my expectation as well. Good guesswork? or was it an educated guesswork?

Have to give credit to Mustang for getting the prices almost right for the base variants. Good job !

Am going to TD petrol . Was a toss up between BEAT and FIGO . Got a few remarks earlier when i compared the BEAT and Figo (as some of the guys believed i was comparing 2 cars from diff categories) . Well now the pricing puts the BEAT and FIGO into a head on competition for your money.

Guess FIGO wins for me as the car is for my wife and the better visibilty in FIGO will win it. I love the BEAT for what it is but i guess one has to think practical.

@ Caramelo and Jacksons , anti-drip wiper function is i think, the setting where the wiper blade does one last sweep, a few seconds after you turn wiper off to catch the final drops dripping down from windsheild.

Excellent pricing from Ford. Well done! Now please resist the temptation to increase prices in a few months time as the competition in the segment is heating up month on month.

Ford has to commit itself to the long term success of the Figo after the initial euphoria by expanding its dealer network, bringing down ownership costs (and letting the world know about it) & dishing out 5 star treatment to its customers.

And yes, bring on that Figo S!!

These are really awsome comparisons gsantho3. The pictorial thing is too good. I remember my statistics teacher's tips: Draw 5 graphs & bar rather than writing 10 pages to explain things.

BTW, where are all these available? Some internal FORD mailers or present in their website?
