@rite2shree - Yeah, had booked Monarch Red based on the first snaps on motoroids. Satin gold was my second choice since lighter color would be easier to maintain and it would also give an up-market look. Manipal is a a nice place to be. While working in B'lore I did visit the udupi-kundapura area many times on weekend trips with friends and even dreamt of settling down in kundapur with the unexplored beach streching along the highway.

I thought the temperature indicator was of ambient and not of the car cabin.
And YES, Manipal and its surrounding areas are a good spot to holiday. Do inform me, if you plan to come here some day.

Yes, IMO, the temperature gauge shows the outside temperature hence you are seeing the variation 25 to 31 depending on the climate/temp outside.

Hillram - Am still learning to drive. Took help of owner's driver in getting it to temple / park it etc.,

Happened to drive the car today for first time in a play ground & since the only other cars I had driven were M800s from the driving school(ignoring the sort distance I drove on Santa Fe while visiting US; but then it was automatic - no gears mean no fun), this was way too smooth.
Besides I have my excuse - going out of town this weekend.

BTW did see the snaps ff the last breakfast meet & off course your vespa

Need I say more on why I haven't been able to add more to this thread on initial driving experiences.

Hey vijoym, congrats on the new car the car looks amazingly good in the pics, I have not yet seen a single one on Blore roads yet nor driven her. I assume it looks big by the looks. Congrats again & drive safe.

My 2 cents, don't be over or too cautious when you are driving, take it easy & drive like the way you were driving before.

The pics were brilliant too, & made the car look majestic.

Can you please write in detail on which other cars did you think of and why did you chose the Manza. So it helps in understanding what were the deciding factors where Manza scored more over other variants.

I ask this as My Brother in law too has shortlisted on the Manza (after some analysis on other options). Your inputs would help us take decesions which would suit our requirements.

Wow, How did I miss this thread? Congrats on first Manza in TBHP :-) Good colour choice. Take few days off from office and drive around in Manza, you will be OK within few hours :-))).Try to understand quickly about the dimensions of the car from driving seat, that's all you need to drive confidently.

Having said that , I think you could have waited for a new car and not gone in for a "Dispaly" car. I guess you are not the patient kind and of course you get to be the first Manza owner here

How is the ride when compared to Linea in city.
