@amitbjha:

Are you facing any AC issues yourself ? these days its very hot in delhi so you should feel yourself if the AC is not cooling, if yes, get it checked at the dealer workshop if it's cooling ok, no need to panic and enjoy your new buy :-)

Do share your experience for others to benefit from....

I suggest, you should go to your dealer to get it rectified, others won't know it (and if they touch, warrenty may be void).

BTW, look at my posts in Page 8. I too had same problems with AC and after 1st service it is lot better now.

SX4 is good in any color . Cool pix!!
I didn't choose white becaz it will look like cabs, also easy to catch dusts.
Looks like you should be washing it 2-3 times a week.

I agree with Geek, it is HE not she, still people refer as she.

Well the stock ICE is average, not "loaded" with features as a pioneer, alpine, sony or the rest of the lot. The audio is not that bad as is being spoken about. The stock speakers are very well mounted and even when driven at high vols they dont distort or you dont hear plastic rattle! Apart from this the bass is ok, mids are pretty decent and highs are average. I feel the magnet on the stock spkrs to be the size of a peanut . I also managed to connect a mp3 player through the from AUX and it sounded OK.
My bet is changing the stock speakers should do a world of good to the sound quality. Thats my next step to put some decent coaxs or comps for the rear, will leave the fronts as they are (they do have a functional tweeters, not sure if they spkrs are coaxs or comps though!)
As far as the SUB goes its JBL CS series, was not keen on the Bass tube which is almost 1.5K cheaper. The AMP is a monoblock (500WRMS in 2ohms and 1000W peak, CEA certified), but the sub is 4ohm so the output is around 300WRMS which is decent for this car. The bass is tight, doesnt boom. I listen to Rock, Metal and anything with decent guitar in it!and most of 70s and 80s stuff. Not a fan of reggae or hip hop so this is just abt right.
I did play some trance and house music and believe me it rocked!!!
Got the sub from store on Lavelle road (adjacent to coffee day)
Overall my rating for Stock ICE,
Looks 6/10 (but i kinda like it with the minimalistic arrpoach, gives you time to enjoy the music rather than explore tonnes of options/buttons available!)
Functionality 5/10 (again has everything you need to enjoy music, doesnt allow you to reverse the sub settings, adjust delays, parametric equalizers, auto sound level controls, blah, blah..)
Sound Lows 5/10 (now i can say 10/10 with the addition of SUB!)
Mids 8/10
Highs 6/10
I had a pioneer 7850 in my baleno with JBL rear and pioneer fronts and the set had every possible setting in the world, but then how often you need to adjust it, never!
Overall my recommendation is, if you can live with the basic display that the stock ICE provides, change the speakers (both the fronts and rears) and add a decent sub. I am pretty sure the sound quality will be the league of some of the most sought after ones!

Wow!! stunning red SX4, looks tooo good - enjoy it!

I hope you have valid number, but didn't want to show to public forum hence scrapped it .

I am planning to continue with provided ICE setup and let me see how I feel it to get more stuffs. Also, my budget is bit tight now.

Nope the only controls it has are Bass, Treble, Fade and Balance. But again if your music is purely mp3s you can always control the equaliser from the mp3 player
The rear has a full range preout, CD changer connector and I believe a socket where you can connect a bluetooth or ipod interface (not sure about this, would require validation)
