That's Taigun mate. Tiguan is indeed of the likes of Endy and Fortuner. Let's stick to the topic guys. We still don't know whether that would even make it to our shores.

Yes it will be smaller than an Endy but might end up in the same price bracket. I own the Passat since 2010 and have had a flawless experience. So inclined a bit to that side. Have been a big fan of Endy though..

oops my bad. Got confused with both the names. Btw, i highly doubt if they would launch it this year or even 2017. The taigun has been in pipeline since year and half already.

Just had a look at the tiguain, doesn't look appealing at all considering the new endy and the new fortuner.

The Titanium in India has a few features of the Titanium + from Thailand.
So its like another Trim level between the 2. Would have been interesting to see what the T plus variant cost if it made it to our shores

re: Preview: Ford Endeavour

I haven't driven the Endy of course but its not inconceivable that the 2.2 may drive better than the 3.2. It comes down to how each engine's power delivery is tuned and how its mated to its respective gear box. This won't be the first time I've seen such an observation either. For instance, I recall Duster reviews also stating that the smaller engine version delivers power much more smoothly at the lower end and is more comfortable and responsive for city driving than the 110 bhp version - the latter being a bit laggy and more suitable for mile munching on highways.

Perhaps its the same case with the Endy siblings too. While it is not a basic data number vs another data number I don't think the issue is THAT subjective either. Its reasonably factual IMO, based on driving the car.

Nope the 3.2 AT is not a total Titanium Plus. Its missing Passenger Powered Seats, Blind Spot, Lane Departure, Adaptive Cruise Control, 230 V at Back, 20" Wheels.

Ford Thailand the best site for reference.

True. That's why it is written as Titanium luxury in the above note

Fact that Everest is compared to Prado in many international markets shows how capable this mighty Ford is! And here its competing with Fortuner and likes. Having 6 variants to choose from, Ford has really covered a vast range of market.

Most of the competition is weighing around 2 tonnes ans even Prado weights 2.14 tonnes, but Endeavour is heaviest at up to 2.5 tonnes. While I take higher weight as a drawback, many will argue that it makes the car more safe and stable.

Well there is a reason why most of Cars used by Police & other law enforcement agencies in USA & Canada are of Ford & other American brands , I haven't seen a single Japanese car used by Police in Canada
