Hi all,

Today my Tata Zest while driving suddenly made loud noise. I parked it aside on the road and got it towed to the nearest tata authorised service station. Later in the evening the service engineer calls me up and tells me that the back wheel liners, bearing and cylinders needs to be changed which will cost me an exhorbitant amount of 17500. Just want your advise whether the prices for the spare parts are ok

You could ask for the list of all the parts being replaced. You can get the actual price of the parts from boodmo/oriparts. This should give you a fair estimate of the cost.
