3 Years of Avventura
This month marks 3 years of owning and driving my Avventura, which has been a very smooth ride,(albeit initial problems with the complicated boot system).
I had crossed 7500 kms and needed to get 3rd Annual Service and also my first encounter with FCA Service Standards, which were new to Fiats.
I booked Service slot and promptly today at 9AM, a Driver from 21 North (
www.21north.in) arrived at home to pick up the car. 21North is an agency which provides afrer sales support in automobile Industry, and this particular service of pick up and drop off, has been outsourced to this entity by FCA.
Soon I got a call from Service Advisor of Pride FCA, that the following activity would be performed on my Avventura :
- Oil Change
- Oil Filter Change
- Air Filter & Fuel Filter Cleaning
- Battery Check up
- AC Check up / Topping up of Gas
- Coolant Top UP
- Complete Interior vacuum cleaning and Exterior Water Wash
I got a call at 4pm,that my Car was ready, as I agreed to pick up, so as to check out the FCA Service centre in person.
Till this point of time, I reached Pride FCA SVC in Miyapur, I was reminded of all the pain points as we Fiatians has gone through with Tata Fiat and later Fiat India.
Now as I entered FCA Svc and took a quick tour with their GM Service, I was completely amazed at the levels of superior standards that FCA has set up here. A vast and expansive service floor, beautiful office spaces, state of art tools and FCA Branding(Fiat Abarth Jeep) everwhere.
FCA has really put in its best foot (because of Jeep) and this is a definitive boost to Brand Fiat and a chance to win customers appreciation and make them forget bad memories of the past.

Finally my Avventura gleams under FCA and Moonlight !!
I was produced a bill of Rs.3367 and I was amazed at the low prices of some of the spare parts, thanks to MOPAR.
The GM-Service escorted me out for a Test Drive to check if the service standards were met and I was more than happy to experience such superlative service.
Dear Fiatians and Friends....FCA has arrived and it promises to give highest standards of Sales and Service in India.
As I left FCA Service centre, I felt a sense of pride in owning Fiats and now with Jeep coming in with Compass, its making waves and going great guns.
Now Im all set for the launch of Renegade in 2018 and acquire it as my next car to be inducted into my fleet.
