Re: Nissan 370Z

Congrats for the Nissan Z man. I never though the color would suit it so well.
Out of curiosity, how much did the total thing cost you?
Any FE update.

Re: Nissan 370Z

Sorry my internet is being a bit slow, so am unable to upload the pictures at the moment !!

The car is much louder now thanks to the new CBE and I also installed the intake system from K&N which is pretty decent. The best thing which I felt after the intake installation is that the horrible vibrating of the engine has gone and the engine is also much nicer now !!

Arush was great as usual, although I have got some work done from him before on other cars but this was first time I got this kind of serious stuff in which he specializes done.

The fitting took only a day but he kept the car for the painting of the rear diffuser and the front grill which on his recommendation I got painted into GTR K51 Grey colour. Looks pretty nice in person (not that great in pictures). We also installed VKool grey-blue tints. Those installation guys from VKool were quiet professional, I was impressed.

So if the internet research and Arush is to believed (which I do), my car is around 350 BHP from 332. I can clearly feel the that initial pick-up is much improved and the car is more fun to drive. I drove from Gurgoan to Noida twice and it was pretty fun (1st time drove so much in Delhi).

The exhaust note is pretty sweet, now the car feels like a sports car. Next thing which Arush and I have decided is to get a set of HFC or Test Pipes which I will do in a month or something but before that will be getting the Parrot Bluetooth kit installed in it sometime next week when it arrives.

Have a look at this video to get an idea what my new CBE sounds like (not my car though).

Re: Nissan 370Z

That exhaust looks great man, how is the sound of the Typhoon kit now? Must be as loud as the exhaust.

The car is looking awesome, I love the lines of the 370Z, and the painted bits have added a nice contrast.

But can you please change the number plates? To the high security ones.

Congrats mate ...that surely is one of the most hottest rides on the forum according to me .
Anyways just out of curiosity have you seen unusual high oil temperatures after driving above 3000 rpm constantly and have you noticed the engine oil cooler around the driver's side front Tyre as shown in article Nissan 370Z Oil Temps, engine rattles, $300 oil, Diff temps and other issues, The Truth! > 370z.com > 370z.com - Magazine

Re: Nissan 370Z

Good choice of car, color and mods. No doubt both the exhaust and intake along with that custom paint will make her sound and feel truly exotic, however wanted to check if you considered getting one of the Akropovic exhuast system.
Here's a small video may be you could look at it adding it in the future.

Thanks !! Yes I wanted that but its costing too much, and even I will have to buy the tips separately. I did my research before the purchase and Invidia suited me
