It is called Silicon Grease, available in electronic shops for less that Rs 25/-

Another thing to note is the humid climate sometimes makes the channel rubber put up much resistance to the sliding glass. So a hair dryer and WD-40 can be used to evaporate/displace the moisture and then wipe it clean.

My Spark driver side power window stopped working. It used to work if we tap on the door couple of times. Now it is completely stopped. There is no sound when we press the switch. What could be the problem?
