This is what I bought last year, when my battery discharged itself. The charger has a battery healing function which resurrected the batter perfectly.
Thank you. Would've been my preferred approach too but my apartment basement parking has no facility to plug in a charger. So looking for other aids to help with the times I am not able to use the car often.

Quoting my own post for context. After some deliberation I bought this and an opportunity presented itself to use it almost as soon as it got delivered. This is an update to say that "it worked"!

Re: How to Jump Start your car (dead battery)

Hello everyone,
I would like to check if anyone has bought or used these automatic battery chargers such as this one available on Amazon: Verilux Fully Automatic Battery Charger 5A 12V, Car Battery Charger
Would love to hear the thoughts of all the experts here on this.

Any update on how this product has performed after over a year of usage ?
Is it worth the high cost?
Do we need such a high current device, or can the smaller variant work for a compact SUV like a Brezza or Nexon ?

I bought a similar charger and it works perfectly. Just keep in mind that most of these are of Chinese origin. Chinese goods have an extremely wide quality range, so once you buy it test it thoroughly so that in case of any problem you can return it within the return window.
