EN590 Fuel - Is it what we get in India?

My Ford Figo Users Manual Recommends use of EN 590 fuel for Diesel Engines. I did a google on this but could not get any "understandable" information.

Can someone help me with this. Is the normal diesel we get here in india EN590 ?

I did some research & used a frd's help, who's inside Shell. This is not the normal diesel avl in India.

EN 590 fuel is the fuel norms in many European countries, This fuel has up to 7% bio fuel mix in the normal diesel i.e.. 93% normal fuel and 7% bio fuel.
So this engine can run on diesel which has bio fuel component of up to 7%.

In India, oil companies tried to substitute bio fuel with Ethanol, but the fuel price will increased to 20% more ... So we don't produce them, as of now...

Just reviving this thread asking if now the XtraGreen Diesel is equivalent to EN590 due to higher cetane value as the Tuscon manual also says to use EN590 diesel.
Thanks in advance.

Xtragreen is supposedly B7, meaning 7% biodiesel as claimed by a member here. En590 is euro5/6 ULSD which should be compatible with current ULSD sold in India. The b7 blend should be icing on the cake as it would exactly conform to the EN590 specification.
