How to tune up Maruti 800 MFI Euro2

Hello Guys,
I have a Maruti 800 MFI Euro2 , recently I got its throttle body assembly overhauled at a MASS Benaka Motors in Bangalore. They have screwed up with the tuning & I am getting a pathetic mileage of around 10Kmpl.

I really don’t trust the MASS any more , they say that the tuning is fine. Every time a new mechanic comes & fiddles with the adjustments .

I know that my vehicle was in quite good shape before the tune-up. Can you please recommend any good Garage in bangalore Near Indiranagar so that I can get things right ?
