Service tips required for diesel Lancer

Hi,
I own a diesel Lancer. Car is in excellent condition. Running without any issues except few minor issues.
1. The mileage of the car has dropped down to 13 - 15.
2. Pickup is not so good.
3. Between 2nd and 3rd gear sometimes it was not smooth.

I checked with mechanic, he was suggesting to clean the nozzle and pump which costs around 4.5K. I have done with 47K Kilometers. Did I miss any major service during 40K? Since the service was not good in service I am doing service in a private service centre.

Please suggest what needs to be done.

Any suggession on a good Machanic in Bangalore to service Diesel Lancer??
