Hi,

I am using a new Indica DLS which I got delivered about a week ago. While driving at higher speed (above 60kmph), I hear a windy noise coming from the co-driver's side AC vent. I observed this yesterday and I am yet to report this to the dealer. Can anybody please help tell me what this could be?

does the sound comes only when you change gear and acclerate with ac on?

Try the following before you take it to the workshop.
1. Check if the window is fully rolled up on the passenger side.
2. Change the vent to recirculate mode if it has been set to fresh air intake.

Could this also be because of the AC fan belt?

I had a problem of gear humming noise which used to come via the ac vents.

Does it come when the car is at idle as well? If it comes only when moving quickly could be from co-passenger window or from behind the plastic panel covering the orvm from inside.
