i think you should work as an apprentice in a body workshop.

If you know some one, may be they can help you out.

I think, the polytechnic colleges offer courses in automotive repair. but i am not so sure about the painting.

Yes ,none of the colleges teaches you to paint cars.Its always nice to join hands with some reputed garages or A.S.S. for the purpose.
