Baleno FE drop post flood repairs

@gigy, have done just a regular 30K service. Engine scan. All ok. Plugs were changed to better ones.
Yet to refuel after plug change - but going by the needle FE seems to have improved, inspite of some spirited driving during last weekends T-BHP meet

Will test through March. Then consider further action.
