As expected. So its been now clear that RTO will only check the Month and Year code from VIN while registering ,not from other forms/papers.

As per my knowledge its the manufacturer who gives the decoding tech know-how of VIN/Chassis no. to the ARAI for approvals then its goes RTO for using in registration purpose.
