Wildon, thanks for your very quick reply.

The delaer claims that the kit is manufactured in Czech Republic in July but it takes a couple of months to reach India. He claims that Skoda India has invoiced him only on 21st Sept.

Is this plausible?

Also, does this mean that all Lauras available in India will be minimum two months old?

We have a user here who purchased Laura in September Month.

Sorry to persist, Wildon, dealer now claims that's onlytrue of 1.8TSi - not 2.0 CRDi.

What's your take on this? Are they still trying to pull a fast one?

^^ What i'm saying is their claim of "couple of months to reach here" is wrong.

The above mentioned vehicles VIN's may or may not be invoiced on that date to the dealer. This happens often.

If you are satisfied with the vehicle after doing a PDI then go for it ... if not ask for the latest batch.

OK, understood, thanks again Wildon. They did clarify that the vehicle was invoiced to them by Skoda India on 21st Sept, so that should be OK.
