Its a 2009 Model. By default LX comes in BS III. You can check this in Form -22. Rest of the details are not known to me.

Here it is for 2010 Ford cars

11th Digit represents Year (A=2010)
12th Digit represents = Month

L= January
Y= February
S= March
T= April
J= May
U= June
M= July
P= August
B= September
R= October
A= November
G= December

This is good info. Are you able to tell Fiesta variants like ZXi, SXi, S, diesel, petrol etc from the VIN? I see that you are able to do this for Hyundai and Fiat.

People tomorrow is my PUNTO 1.3Emotion delivery today I did the PDI of it(21st April '10). Here is the attached picture of the VIN, please confirm the year of Manufacture and month.
According to the TATA-FIAT guys its a MARCH'10 model, also as decoded by me cause the "C" denotes for MARCH !!
