Finding the VIN & manufacturing date/year on Indian cars

Hi Wildon,

Can you help me with decoding following VIN of a Linea ? ( Belongs to one of my friend ):

11071709015037BNZ

I believe first 3 alphabets are missing here. But if you can help us with knowing month and year of manufacturing; it will be great.

BNZ refers to February 2010 for FIAT Vehicles.
