Hyundai Creta Bluelink isn't working after the latest software update I own Hyundai Creta 2022 model, since 2 years Bluelink is working although sometimes I get network availability errors but most of the time it was working.
But 10 days back I got notification that there is new version of Bluelink app. I've urge of installing updates ASAP as soon as I get notifications be it in Phone or on computer or in car, so I installed the latest software, it took some 45 mins for download. I thought that latest version is installed and have turned off the car as did not received any error notification like installation is unsuccessful e.t.c.
Since past 2 days I've observed that "Hyundai Assistant" is not working it constantly says "Mobile Network Unavailable" although it shows full network in Head unit.
I spoke to the Bluelink customer care, while I'm on call they asked me todo the hard reset, but that did not resolved the issue. They asked me to send email to Bluelink providing all the details for further action on this. I'll update the thread with latest updates.
Anyone from forum faced this kind of issue before with Hyundai Bluelink? Is issue resolved if so how? Any help is greatly appreciated.
I'm attaching the pics of the error I've got.
This is the latest version of Software that is installed. After latest update, "Update" option got disabled.
Customer service team asked to "Reset Network" to see if it works, but it did not helped to solve issue any.
While I was on call with Bluelink Customer support team they asked me to connect to SOS, I got below error.
When I click voice assistant button, I'm getting below error.
