Sorry to hear about that. The pain of buying a brand-new car that spending more time at the service center is unexplainable + the mental harassment by service center people.

I bought Kiger Turbo CVT 2023 for my wife from Renault Chinchwad and your story is putting me in fear now.

I also faced this issue of brake noise on the day of delivery and informed the showroom representative. According to him, it will go away by the first service. After the first service noise is reduced but it is still there. it is prominent when you are going down the slope (like in the parking lot) and brakes.

Otherwise, the car is doing a good job. Luckily no other issues as of now.
