Off late I have used this official portal for accessing lot of data about my Slavia. I must say, a one hour paid access will almost get you any info you need about these cars. The link is here https://erwin.skoda-auto.cz/erwin/showHome.do

Its the most legit way to access service manuals and considering fair usage, even if you download you can keep it to yourself. A one hour access is around 500 rupees and is more than worth it.
