Electrical issues, especially with wiring harnesses in modern vehicles having multiple features and sensors is a nightmare to resolve. The only solution is to have watertight QC, which apparently has by-passed the Good Folks at Tata Motors.
It would appear they still need to grow out of their old culture- I speak from experience having owned a Tata Sierra and an Indica V2.
They had great persons like Sumant Mulgaonkar, for example and still have very hard working personnel in their outfit. Their designs and concepts are trying to reach out-of-the-box. Its that mundane problem of QC during line production of their good designs that lets the whole effort down.
Off-topic- is that mild rust we see in the pic you posted? I have circled the areas of interest in Red. If it it is indeed rust, then should there not be some corrective action?
