May I know where you got this done? I am based out of Bangalore & I believe you are as well.
Hi Amit,
Apologies for my delayed reply.

For my Vento DSG: got the service done at TRANSWERKE AUTO, Erode.

They are very good for VW group of vehicles and the German Big 3.

Though I stay in Madurai, Tamil Nadu - I send my car to TRANSWERKE for routine maintenance.

For those with Aisin 6 speeds in Toyotas (Fortuner, Innova) and Mahindras (Scorpio N)

Information is form the following link:

https://gearboxlist.com/toyota/ac60f/

gives those of you who would like to change the ATF, the oil specifications.

The transmission model number is: AC60E (2WD) or AC60F (4WD)

I believe the right fluid specification for this TC is: JWS 3324 (WS)

Where did you get this done? Did the Tata dealership do it for you? There are many AT Hexas with busted transmissions probably due to negligence from owners and SCs who believed the sealed for life story. My AT Harrier is approaching 40k KMS and I'd like to get a transmission fluid change done but the dealership seems clueless about it. What brand oil did you use?

TASS has always been clueless about AT oil change. I had this done at Worlds of Service, Noida. The make and spec of the oil used was as per what is mentioned in the manual. Honestly, 40k km is a little early for oil change in a torque converter. Unless you have abused it a fair bit, I see no reason why it can’t last for at least another 10000km.

It can wait for some more time for sure, I'm in no hurry. However I have warranty till 2028 on the car so getting it done outside may not be a good option. The funny part is 1 quart of ATF is included as a consumable in the 45KM/3 year periodic maintenance schedule in the Tata service app but none of the Harrier owners I spoke to are aware of anything carried out in terms of transmission maintenance during service.

And I don't know of any FNGs that have the knowledge and capability to undertake an AT oil change around where I live.
