They seem to be in the market on a small scale for the last year or so, I remember picking up a Sofima branded air filter for my scorpio early this year and the performance was quite acceptable (a foam air filter for a scorpio is a foam air filter for a scorpio, so there is very little performance boost you'd notice, but at least the various foam layers weren't coming unglued right out of the pack like with some oem filters from Mahindra)

New Delhi, Oct 18 (PTI) Italian filtration technology and thermal management major UFI Filters on Friday said it has opened its first aftermarket plant in India at Bahadurgarh, Haryana, where it has committed a total investment of 10 million euros (around Rs 80 crore).
