Re: Maruti Genuine Parts (MGP) Catalog: Post your queries here (model list on Pg 1)

Wow.

Thanks a lot Leoshasi.

The parts you have listed comes to Rs. 2300/-.

The steering wheel is too expensive as the airbag module itself is around 6000.

And I have to find a workaround for the stereo bezel.

Once more a huge thankyou.

It's shared with M800 5 Speed/Alto, hence availability shouldn't be an issue unless the dealer is deliberately playing foul here. I have seen many cases where dealer/MASS refrain from changing the boot as the margin in replacing the whole driveshaft is more.

I have given two part numbers, depending upon the brand of driveshaft which is installed in your car. Most likely it's the first one.

Thank You Shashi. It is the first one - Part No: 44119M84320 - for my 2005 WagonR. Other part number is for M800. Got it replaced now. MASS said Maruti does not produce this part and was asking me to replace entire axle . Did some search and got it from MGP reseller and got it replaced at MASS.

Hi Shashi,
Is it possible to get a single wheel cap for the new Suzuki Baleno? I tried checking with a couple of dealers but they said that only a set of 4 will be available. Can you give me the part number if its possible to a single one?
You can check an image of the wheel cap here.

Thanks in advance.

Edit: I was searching on Boodmo and I found this part number. '43250M68P00-27N'. I believe that is the correct one having looked at the picture as well. Can anyone let me know if it would be a genuine part delivered if I order on Boodmo and if it is a reliable source?

That's bullshit. Its not an accessory, but an OEM part. It's available single too.

Yes its reliable. Earlier it was problematic but now its as reliable as Amazon. I have myself started ordering through them. This consignment worth 10k reached me yesterday.

Came across this while browsing the DMS:

Part No: 99000M99218
Name: CARBURETTOR SPRAY CLEANER
Price: Rs. 320
Status: Open for Sale

This can safely be used for Throttle bodies too

Go ahead with boodmo.
Wow! Good to know that they have become better. I had stopped ordering from them after they took 45 days to deliver a pair of caliper pins for my i20.

Just ordered the elusive 6 Speed leather wrapped gear knob for my i20. Let me see how it goes.

I am not sure about other brands, but their way of procuring spares for Maruti has become very systematic. I guess even Hyundai shouldn't be far off since they too officially sell spares through Mobis.

Nevertheless, their 10 day return and other promises look good. I will soon be using their return window, fingers crossed.

Baleno never got mouldings on the bumpers AFAIK. It should be an accessory in your case(MGA/Aftermarket).

Mouldings on doors have their own individual part numbers. Which one do you need??

2. The decals on the door, the 16v smart one.
Part No: 77825M65G00
Name: DECAL SMART I
Price: Rs. 21
Minimum pack quantity*: 10
Status: Open

* Maruti sells this item in pack of 10. Individual unit can be sold too, but if say your dealership doesn't have the stock, they'll have to procure 1 pack of 10 units and then sell you 2, 3 or whatever amount you need. In this case they can deny sale(unethical) as this isn't a fast moving spare. If such a thing happens, Boodmo.com is beneficial. I purchased a single decal from them, whereas my local MGP store was pushing me to get a pack of 10.

Shashi

I would like to know the part numbers for all the four doors. The dog menace has increased and they have bit off at couple of places when I had parked my car outside. It looks awkward to look at. Planning to replace all the four so that it looks similar. Thanks for the quick response.
