Oh about the horn. I got Steer a horn (dog horn)from Salem. It was available at alakendra too . Most people are happy with one horn, and hence I was teasing Steer.

Fix a place...I was thinking in terms of hanging out at the Wellingdon Island waterfront before heading to the Taj/Casino/Trident for a few beers. If any of you have a membership at the Merchant Navy Club we could hang around there too.

If you have no options in mind I can arrange for the Cochin Gymkhana.
I wouldnt mind a drive out of the city, either.

PS: The Mermaid at Vytilla would be a good place to meet up too - its just off the byepass so all the outstation members wont have to drive through the city, and its a good place to meet up. Other options would include the Riviera Retreat or the Bolghatty Palace. Couple of nice places in Fort Cochin (Brunton Boatyard and Malabar House, other than the evergreen Sea Gull) but its a pain getting to that part of town.

Sounds good... STEER - are you already down here - just a tad confused..

And I was reading some earlier posts about the last Cochin meet - where Philipkutty offered to host the next meet at his farm. From the precce about that meet thats supposed to be some place!... how is that for a venue?.. or have all of you already been there - done that?
