Awesome AWESOME meet! The Bidar meet phenomenon struck again with the weather turning beautiful on the day making the locations look even more scenic. And it was great fun doing all the shooting, archery and generally chilling out by the lake in that weather. Of course, the drive was as peppy as ever with everyone testing their rides to the hilt. And we had quite a diverse range of rides today and 'twas fun driving in such a convoy. And then the much waited lunch accompanied by some the lilting tunes from the days of Kishore da, Rafi etc. with the sun setting in the background. Perfect! Fabulous meet. Eagerly waiting for the pics and Mr. 'I-met-my-milestone' to post the official report.

What a wonderful meet.The weather was picture perfect.By far the largest turn out in terms of cars and People.
we rocked in our new T-BHP Apparel.
we were sharpshooters,Robin Hoods,Fisherman and last but not the least,great drivers in our automobiles.Waiting for pics
One meet led to another..we await the Qawali night in early April.

Sai, just heard about the incident you had! Hope you don't get a permanent ban from T-BHP HYDERABAD meets by your family.
Seriously, your Innova needa to slow down a little! Even I had a near miss when a truck decided to take a U-turn without any warning! Luckily there was another zen in front of me and we both got down from our cars to trash the a**ho*e before the cops turned up! baingan ki kismat hai bhai!

whatever, with permission or not, this is the best meet we ever had! And we had designed the T-Shirts for ourselves (even after receiving comments from the mods like - 'why do you guys want to do it?' ) because we are proud to be part of T-BHP!

Who goes to the extent of getting the URL of the site on their cars well before the Stickers are released!

As mentioned by Hillram and deleted by the mods due to chit-chat!, we are having a typical hyderabadi evening on 3rd April - One word to describe it - 'Mehfill'
already we have 27 confirmations. And please don't expect any posts on that meet as we don't want any more Hyd threads deleted for chit-chat in shifting gears (it being a section for chit-chat)!! ROTFL!

Guys, I reached home round about 7.20PM. And what a drive it was, I enjoyed it...cant explain it in more simpler terms. It was awesome, thanks to T-Bhp and to the Hyderabad team.

My Linea was a dream to drive, since I was itching to drive her for a long distance for a while and this was only possible with this meet. Wifey and I had a wonderful time, hope we have many more such fruitful meet's. As usual all you wonderful Petrolheads...ahem Dieselheads as well were great company, great t-shirts as well. I met new members, with a lot of worthful advice thrown in.

So for all the admiration, wishes and wonderful time, THANK YOU one and all. Take Care, God bless.

P.S. Next time I hopefully I will be done with my runnin period, and will be well be prepared for such meets .

And to add to that, Mrs. Downsouth, You are really a T-BHPian! Never knew that you followed all the the threads here! My apologies! The discussion on the Paris drive thread and your knowledge about it blew me apart!

@downsouth, once you complete your run-in in your Linea, you will be able to keep up with the CRDI's and my E-ZEN due for the next meet! (man, that's a large & VFM car!) Please do take care and avoid any more scratches!

P.S: Again! I am in love with the turbo of the Verna CRDi! awesome car chief! I hit the rev limiter on both 2nd & 3rd gears during my test drive and you had to brace yourself while I was braking! LOL!

@RR: When did you take that pic with the Pandu? he he! No wonder, he never bothered us with his antics!

@devnull, I had to overtake the spark on 3rd gear! amazing drive there man! Wait until the Esteem engine goes in!
