But that's just my humble opinion. Junta always decides.
Even my Dhanno ( Uno) is getting old so even I advocate keeping speeds within the safe limit.

@ Rajesh: This is why I think I have no go but NEED to get a third car. Wouldn't mind selling one from the present lot when the new one comes in, if you know someone willing to buy it at a decent price
May I suggest a tow rope/chain/bar till the recession lets up? That way you save the cost of the new car as well as the cost of the fuel!

Seriously - you guys can just jump into any vehicle you want, we always have enough space.

She is more than welcome, I think there will be a few ladies around. Avi's wife and Bidisha are regulars.

If you are in Kundan Bagh, wait for us near the Greenlands guest house bus stop (opp the Katriya Royale/Balayogi Paryatak Bhavan, Aero shuttle terminus) this comes on left just after the lifestyle signals while going towards Banjara Hills. My car no. is 12. PM me for my mobile no.

I will not be meeting anyone near Yatri Niwas or Pantaloons - I will pick up Downsouth at Greenlands and head towards SD Eye hosp.

Might be a good idea. Read post no 24 in the thread - ohc rear seat mystery http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/techni...t-mystery.html

People in Raj Bhawan/ Begumpet area can pay me.

This speed issue has been discussed and we have decided to have escorts for our drives. There is to be a lead vehicle with running boards and grab handles. The cheerleaders will be standing on the running boards. We think no one will overtake this vehicle (some of the wives may try to run into / over this vehicle though!) The rear will be brought up by the beasts of GetSurya & Himanshu. If anyone slows down too much, the beasts get him!

Cheers guys,

@ Ravveendrra: 4 pages in one afternoon shows our dedication to T-BHP over most other things "including work" Lol!!!

Anyways post discussions with Bidisha regarding whether to take the Palio or the Uno or to hitch a ride with someone, the verdict (you all how one sided discussion with spouses general are) was the UNO should do duty on this trip as she is the eponymous milecruncher (realised that even Bidisha has a big soft corner for the UNO), so she should do duty on this trip. Dhanno has been behaving decently for the last 1 month (fingers crossed)so will get her checked and will keep a set of toe chains as well.

Dear Friends, FYI as above on the Biryani and Chai thread.

I did not realize after seeing so many threads (floating which are non-related to the forum) that I have flouted TBHP rules with the thread I started.

My bad and apologies!!

MODS, kindly delete this note if it OT!! Thanks!!

Ouch that hurts. Sorry Getsurya, that was a nice thread to keep all OT discussions out of the regular threads.

There is an old adage in business 'Expansion and growth are survival, reduction is death!". I wonder what comes next - the threads on: computers? cameras? languages? pets? music systems? I would be sorry to see any of them go, they are all great, no, make that exceptional and fantastic threads where 'petrolheads' share knowledge.

Now I have my juices flowing but I have to rush.

Cheers,

Hmmm,....this is interesting, and ridiculous at the same time. if this were the case, Shifting gears need to be done away with or the threads where people share their love lives etc etc.....

do I smell T..l..b..isation of T-bhp?
