Any Meets in Chandigarh

It was great meeting everyone and I hope everyone had as much fun as I did. Sorry I couldnt stick around much longer but I work on Sundays(hanging myself lol). I also want to mention that I might have come across crudely direct for some people, except Bagira cuz he's a Sea Man(You can never be too crude for a sea man lol) Iam just very direct and if I offended anyone den Iam sorry and if not, then GREAT!!! LOL

I hope the restaurant is acceptable to everyone for F1 racing days. The manager mentioned that if we can manage to organize 20 people then he would close off the interior section for just us for the duration of the race, something to think about boys.

Whoa! One of the finest meets ever. Of course the M6 was the show stopper. Add to it the enthusiasm of Speed666 in telling about his ride and all of it surely kept us entertained (and sometimes awestuck) for a couple of hours. No offence meant speed666 but I guess you can go on and on and on talking about the car (something we least mind) and of course the second most widely discussed topic of the evening-'fairer sex at Chd.'

Also, It was nice meeting with members I haven't met before.

Captainsokhi's Civic is surely one of the neatest I've seen around.

Lots of thanks to the 'black ZMA' guy (sorry can't recall your name) for letting me have a go at one of the better ZMAs I've ever ridden and to sumitbahl for the ride in his lovely red Punto.

And, for the first time I sensed genuine potential in Manikjeet's ride (am still not convinced about the conti) . His Zen has quite some tricks up its sleeves.

This meet shall be memorable for me in more ways than one. Its almost after an year I've attended a meet and it turned out to be a relatively grand affair.

Lots of thanks to Abhibh and shresth for taking me out for lunch and though it wasn't the pre-meet meat I wished to had it was enough to fill my tummy.

Above all, I simply can't thank Akshay sir enough. He patiently waited for me at the Ambala Station (almost risking his talks for a new job) and even though I was in Panic-Mode he remained calm and waited for me till my train arrived.

Am really grateful to all the people present at the meet. My coming all the way from Bhopal was well more than worth it.

Although am sad that it will be quite sometime that I'll get to see you all together again still am glad that I got to know some of you better. Okay, am getting a bit carried away now.

As it can be seen most of the pics show nothing but the elegant M6, blame it to akshay ahlawat (A.k.A Cruiser, now will the real slim cruiser please stand up? :P) who for a change left the chicks alone and was attracted to the the car like papparazi sticks to the celebs.

P.S- Shresth I hope you washed your soiled pants. You got a bit too much romantically involved with the bimmer.

So the next one going to be a F1 meet at Oriental Lounge -26 ?

I've already posted the details of the next F1 after tomorrow . Its EXACTLY a week away !! If we have the same amount of people which we had today , it would be a Classic Meet . Petrolheads sipping drinks , watching snacks , some good conversations !

YC, the black ZMA guy was Anmol. I guess he's been trying to make an id but you know how the rules are

And, I don't regret the pants man. The acceleration is just out of the world. Nothing can you prepare for the sheer onslaught of power. Of with the meager history of cars that I have owned and driven, this was inevitable.

And as speed bro said " So guys, that was a 150 kmph" !!

Pretty good meet we had this time.
Everyone who confirmed, turned up. That was nice, for a change!!!

M6 was awesome to look at and the exhaust note was to die for.

It was great meeting a fellow from Patiala. I was born there and also spent most of my summer holidays with my cousins. And I loved the way you have taken care of the M6. Next time we meet, we gotta share some car detailing tips.

Not at all. Whenever the meets happen, everyone contributes their part.

Although, I think you paid extra.
There was a lot of confusion in the end.

And the food and restaurant was perfect.

@Speed your ride rocks man,especially in your hands
The 25Km drive back was amazing,i was just noticing the M6 disappearing in the horizon,every moment you stomped the Accelerator.
@All thanks for making this meet a success,the food was good at oriental lounge.

I suppose the Next Formula 1 Race is this sunday at 2 pm . So what are the plans ?

Meet at 1 pm at Oriental Lounge . 2 pm race . Goes on till 330 PM and then may be a little Geri ?
