Sunday sounds fine. What is the plan ? A drive or just meet-up ?

@ajo, apart from rosgollas, what else did you try in Calcutta ? The mishti-doi (sweet curd) is pretty good. And so are the roadside shops where you could buy rolls (roti rolled with filling, usually chicken).

hey guys is it decided??? and have been able to source food for your rides?, almost all bunks are empty!!!

^^ 2 past midnight, I go scouting around my area looking for an open bunk .First 3 are closed. The fourth had only petrol.But, I needed Diesel for my Safari and the fifth had it. Filled it up with 40 litres.
Now,my sumo is empty. Will need to do a midnight mission again.

Last resort: There's always shell @ Rs.39/L of diesel.

Oh yes, forgot about the unavailability of petrol/diesel. So, looks like a drive is ruled out.

Maybe we can have a bicycle meet a la madan98.3. Cycle down to Bessie beach, have breakfast at Murugan Idly, admire the disk brakes on each other's bicycles and cycle back home.

First lets check on how many can make it?? ,If we have fuel supply problem , then probably if there are a couple of people coming along a same route they could tag along!! What say??

So looks like no decision yet on the meet. Where are the organrisers (headers, john, nitrous et. al.) ?
If any meet plans firm up, do send out an SMS, guys.

Is the weekend WTPT happening tonight ? If so, where ?

There is hardly any bunks open. And even if they are open there are like close to 500 people waiting for a litre of petrol!!!!!!
