Madan,

Its on the ECR about 60 kms from the city. This is maintained by the TTDC. We could do this in the morning as this takes half the day and then we could go to KartAttack.

If this is ok with all let us plan something for next Sunday.

No way, man. With a record number of DNFs, stupid mistakes,etc..it still beat the british-german car by 21 solid points.

some suggestions...

M'Kuppam is a nice place, 100 KMs bang outside City. Nice sand dunes, and a long backwater stream, Kayaks and jet Skis are available.

Jet Skis - Rs.400/- for 5 mins - the sad part is, we cannot ride it, there is a driver who drives the ski and enjoys for what you pay.

Kayaks - 2 seater - Rs.100/- per hour. Good fun and work out for the body.

But if the sun is out and shining, it will take a toll on us, getting wet, sweat and soggy and humidity at it's best. take a spare set of clothes to change in, and some thing to eat, because there is no shops near by but for the filthy canteen of TTDC where u get good tea.

ELSE:

I guess Nov, Dec, Jan is the season to be @ Pulicat, good place for a photoshoot, and the bids have started to come in. Lets go Pulicat and Nelapattu Sanctuary,

then check out the Backwater Brackish land and the Blue lagoon @ B.V.Palem[Bheemunivari palem], Aarambakkam, Irukkam area off the NH-5. These are good spots for a photoshoot and I promise, you would not have seen such place near Chennai all your life long.

GUess you missed the point Nitrous. The drag was with US! BTW, Madan, the cars that are faster than my korean car on the Highways, IMO are:

1. Skoda RS
2. Ikon 1.6 petrol
3. Ford Mondeo
4 Palio 1.6 GTX

Ofcourse, i'm discounting the Beemers and the Mercedes here.

All the rest can max match the speed [read 170 kph] but cant overtake.

And Ingear accelaration of the korean 3 cyl girl is awesome. Nickatnite and e_l experienced that first hand on our recent mahabs drive!

Yup, But The fiesta and fusion are the same. Am not too sure of the SX4 beating a CRDi in acceleration upwards of 140. Ofcourse, I missed the Toyota Corolla, Nice car!

I am told that the best bajjis in town are made in a joint near Coronet Hotel, Adyar, may be time to check it out. Or alternativley how can you miss the combination of Bajji & Beach especially with the evenings more pleasant these days at Chennai..
